Under general supervision, provide lending services to current members and potential members. Recognize member needs and promote and cross-sell credit union lending and deposit services to members. Ensure all assigned lending activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

Provide a full range of lending services for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer members.

Analyze complex financial statements and apply sound judgment to grant loan applications within limits.

Manage the commercial loan portfolio's integrity by mastering security requirements, documentation, and risk mitigation.

One-year post-secondary training plus 3-5 years of job-related experience (Preferred).

A proven ability to apply considerable judgment, business acumen, and systematic problem-solving to complex transactions.

Exceptional skills in building relationships, influence, and sales to position RCU as a trusted commercial partner.
